Hiking and Mountain-biken
Our guest-house is situated on the outskirts of Adenau, at a walking distance of the centre of town where you can enjoy a lot of restaurants and nice shops. The forest starts just behind the guest-house. Vast, with many hiking and biking trails, hilly, with a varying vegetation. The trail along the 14 chapels, build by the Adenau people in 1862, is very impressive. A beautiful hiking trail, meandering and full of lifesize statues and inscriptions.
The beautiful hiking and biking trail to the next town of Leimbach is also definetely worthwhile.Enjoy the magnificent forests around Adenau for one day, a weekend, or an entire week.
